I was lucky because there already was one written config that added Bluetooth permissions to native projects config-plugins/react-native-ble-plx. I simply used it.

One is to use react-native-webrtc and install an Expo config plugin (@config-plugins/react-native-webrtc) that automates the Android Studio and Xcode project changes. Question about making ios build faster: is it possible to just update the bundle file and not have it rebuild the whole thing since no native module were added?
