Can an LSP help with automate matching surrounding parens/brackets/braces/quotes, etc?
Finally made the break from syntastic over to an LSP. I don't know if I just didn't find the right tutorial or what but it was quite an effort to figure out how all the pieces fit together. But after exploring different options and configuration, I landed on using coc-intelephense for a PHP project and it works great!

Perl::LanguageServer in Visual Studio. Should jumping to ambigious functions work?
Actually, I'm maintaining coc-perl (https://github.com/bmeneg/coc-perl), which enables the use of Perl LSP extension for vcode on vim/neovim using the CoC (https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim) backend. But it's completely on top of Perl::LanguageServer.
What are some alternatives?
