Is there anything in Clojure comparable to Hotwire in Rails or Phoenix Live View in Elixir? I've had with SPA's.
You still have your different pages on the server side, and inject data into the page template like you would a classic MVC style framework, but the templates are defined client-side in JS. When you first load the page, the client downloads the JS and gets the template data to fill it in from the server. Then on subsequent actions/page navigations, the client includes a request header that tells the back end to respond with only the page name and data, so that it can just swap to the new page and inject the data into it client side. Quite cool! They have a demo clojure app here https://github.com/prestancedesign/pingcrm-clojure and hosted here

Server-side rendering support in Clojure(Script)?
Which has first party support for Laravel and Rails, and community support for many other back ends (https://inertiajs.com/community-adapters) including an implementation for Ring middleware: https://github.com/prestancedesign/inertia-clojure

Ping CRM: complete single page web application built with Clojure
Hi, I recently developed Inertia-clojure, a Clojure adapter for Inertia to create SPA applications without writing an API.

Build modern single-page apps using classic Clojure server-side routing, authentication, etc
Server-side, I wrote this following Clojure adapter (Ring middleware): https://github.com/prestancedesign/inertia-clojure

Clojure Middleware adapter for Inertia.js
Hi everyone! I’ve written Inertia-clojure a Ring middleware for Inertia.js, a new concept to build single-page apps without building an API. This lets you build SPA with Reagent, React, Vue and Svelte using Clojure server side for the routing, controllers with Reitit, Compojure, etc. If your interested, there is some examples in the repo: https://github.com/prestancedesign/inertia-clojure
