Where can I find a list of all Chinese characters grouped by graphic origin? (pictogram, ideogrammic compound, phono-semantic compound, etc)
Here's a comprehensive list from the CJKVi Ideographic Database. If you read Japanese, you can read how the list was designed here. They appear to have made liushu 六書 judgements mainly based on Shuowen jiezi 說文解字 entries.

To add to your comment, there's also RADKFILE/KRADFILE, which is used by a lot of Japanese dictionaries out there (including jisho.org), and also IDS (Ideographic Description Sequence) data: https://github.com/cjkvi/cjkvi-ids . The latter, I believe, is not meant for general lookup, but nonetheless can be quite informative, such as identifying semantic/phonetic components.

Kanji Learning Process
One order that I really like is this one: https://github.com/scriptin/topokanji/blob/master/lists/aozora.txt Here, Kanjis and radical are sorted so that kanjis are always leaned after their components, but this list also takes frequency into account. I made an anki deck with this list, I can send it to you if you want.

Topological Kanji order in Anki? Is it possible to use a list to sort the order that new cards are given?
I've been learning Kanji using this Anki deck All In One Kanji Deck it's got everything I want however the order of the cards is not working good for me, I'm seeing new kanji with components that I have yet to learn which makes it hard to memorize. I'd like it to be sorted by each component like this list on Github Topokanji so that I will know the component within the Kanji first. I've got the list with them all in a line in the correct order here but I can't find a way to make anki just use that as a resource to sort my cards. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
