Yeah mostly. You probably came across this https://github.com/dkackman/chia-dotnet which this tool uses. .net is now highly cross platform, able to target macOS, Linux and arm.

dkackman made an alternate fully remote rpc cli for chia. (https://github.com/dkackman/rchia) so we start to see independent implementations. The same went for MadMax and BladeBit, now part of the official GUI Chia release. Light Wallet is here too. So things are indeed moving forward not only thanks to the constant work of ChiaInc but also thanks to the community.
