What "internal tools" do you have to code yourself after creating your smart-contracts?
For smart-contract automations, I recommend ChainJet. You can use it for notifications to yourself (email, Discord, Telegram) and also to notify your users (using XMTP).

Got access to Uniswaps back-end via front end without hacking. I've already submitted the video to etherscan as well as UniSwap. I did not make any changes.
That project looks abandoned. ChainJet is a good alternative!

Blockchain notifications/alerts that supports any custom logic - do you need it?
ChainJet supports this. You can set up notifications for smart contract events, token transfers, NFT transfers, and transactions made by an address or on a contract. Then you can specify how to respond, which can be a simple action like receiving an email, a discord message, or any custom logic.
-
Q: Moving Data On-Chain to Off-Chain - where do you send it?
You can build precisely this using ChainJet. You can set up a trigger on any smart contract event and then receive a webhook or even connect directly to your DB. ChainJet is also open-source, so if hitting limits is a concern, you can always self-host it for free.
