PHP 8.2.0 has been released!
Assuming Ubuntu, first apt install "imagemagick libmagickwand-dev libmagickcore-dev php8.2-dev" and then do the install from https://github.com/Imagick/imagick and give it a shot.

Some issues... But I love it so far! Plus, the support I have received from email has been excellent!

Iconv doesn't work properly, glob is limited, Java cannot run, DNS issues.. Also what's up with imagick https://github.com/Imagick/imagick/issues/358. Ondrej PPA has imagick package for php 8 since a long time.
