Uh sir, we're a catholic school
I'm not saying it's a cure-all and I'm a security researcher too. At least giving people an environment which gives them a little more security by default and a lot more when you enable things like AppArmor or SELinux I think puts it miles ahead from Windows. Also the amount of customizability you get with Linux (like how small you can make it), how responsive and resilient it can be I feel makes it the only real option for embedded. People can get Linux on a business card so it's very light! And it's free, which was my main point.

Emoji on Windows 7
Install the TwitterColorEmoji-SVGinOT-Win-13.1.0.zip. I followed this guide to accomplish this (note: the latest Python is not compatible for Windows 7, I used python-3.8.10 instead.). This will allow you to see emoji even in your Discord app, but they will look like this.

Flag emojis in order of popularity, as per official Unicode statistics
It looks like Chrome has limited support for emoji on Windows, due to lack of support in its browser engine, Chromium. You can try using twemoji color emoji font but you’ll only get the black and white emoji. There might be an extension which has its own custom emoji rendering but I didn’t see one in my small amount of research.
