How to upload files/images to Netlify Functions
In this post we'll walk through the process of passing an image (or any file) to a Netlify function using FormData and busboy.

Is it possible to have an API with 10 million records?
There is also bus boy or what I would do and that is look at WASM DuckDB, and then iterate through imported records and send over JSON.

- Help with uploading image files? Why are these becoming corrupted?

[Multer] Can I save the files AFTER read req.body and use the other fields?
This. If the file field happens to come before other fields, you have to do something with it before you get a chance to read the other fields because you can't rewind the stream (unless you write it somewhere). If you also control the frontend and can guarantee the order of the fields, you can use busboy like suggested but I'm guessing it's gonna be quite brittle.

Uploadig multiple files with different requirements in multer
I checked out StorageEngine and apparently , it will fix the problem with memory storage for thumbnail. But I also checked out Busboy which Multer is based on. and it looks like the File size limit functionality comes from Busboy. Like, multer get fileSize and passes it to Busboy and then busboy handles limiting the incoming data for all files. So I guess it is not possible to set multiple limit size from multer. Thanks

Processing multipart/form-data in NodeJS Azure function with HttpTrigger
After digging through the source code of the package I found some tests that used exactly the approach that I needed by using the undocumented call busboy.write(request.body, function() {}); where I can pass-in the body data that we already have available in the Azure Function. This brought me to the following code. I log information about all the fields that we find, and I write, as a test, the files to disk in a temp folder to check if the server can process binary files correctly. When you run this same code in a Netlify function everything seems to work, but you will get crippled files!

Netlify just sent me a $104K bill for a simple static site
There are lots of reasons to avoid Netlify.

.env files and svelte
I think you're right. I was grasping at straws and found that there is an issue with deploying to netlify. I found somebody raising the issue here: https://github.com/netlify/cli/issues/5286

Server-side rendering for any React app on any FaaS provider
To launch the previewing of the whole demo app including the client side and the server side, Netlify CLI is needed but installing it globally is good enough:

A vision for a social model of open source
Projects whose purpose is facilitative generally help people use other technologies, most often proprietary technologies. These may be tools, SDKs, or other utilities. It is useful for them to be open source so that developers can extend or customize them to suit their own purposes. Examples of facilitative projects are ld-find-code-refs and the Netlify CLI.

We're all living on it. But what exactly is The Edge?
Note: You might see a red underline under the type import if you're using VS Code. The Edge Function will still execute, but if you'd like to say goodbye to the red line, run ntl recipes vscode in your terminal. This will install a VS Code settings directory and JSON file at the root of your project. Read more about Netlify recipes on the CLI docs.

Previewing your posts — how to build the best decoupled content management workflow for your static site
Make sure to add the access token as an environment variable to Netlify, so you’re not storing a secret in the code. If you’re using the Netlify CLI, you can add new environment variables from the command line — no .env file required! Running the app locally with netlify dev will inject environment variables stored against your Netlify site.

Pitfalls When Adding Turborepo To Your Project
As soon as you’ve used this feature once, you can no longer use that subdomain with the Netlify CLI. We had to move to other prefixes using the Netlify CLI --alias option. The documentation says to “avoid” using the same prefix as branch names, but doesn’t say why... now you know! Here is the GitHub issue about this.
What are some alternatives?
