I know you asked about Nginx vs Caddy but to throw another one into the mix have a look at BunkerWeb. I only started using it within the last couple of months but it's based on Nginx with a tonne of usability and security improvements. I now use BunkerWeb to expose services externally and Traefik internally.

There's also a security optimized NGINX image called BunkerWeb. It has a WAF builtin and an optional web interface.

With Jellyfin, you can either use LDAP or SSO plugins for logging in with Authentik's users and automated library settings.

I have the SSO-Auth plugin installed on Jellyfin, and SSO enabled on organizr.

There exists an external SSO plugin that is currently under development, which allows you to use OIDC/SAML with Authentik: https://github.com/9p4/jellyfin-plugin-sso

You just need to use the OIDC plugin for Jellyfin instead of the LDAP plugin.

If anyone out there is wondering how to setup Authentik OpenID to work with the Jellyfin-plugin-sso! I have spend the better half of week trying to get this work, and I could not find any guides. Therefore, I wanted to share this here.

You could even use OpenID Connect / OAuth 2 here which is a bit nicer since you can properly share a session and setup TOTP.
