Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Bromite is doing poor job in blocking ads
Probably because you use basic filters, which come with Bromite. There's a possibility to customize that list, although it's definitely not perfect, because not all filters get applied. I've made my own automatically updated filter file a year ago https://gitlab.com/ac130kz/bromite-custom-filters

Firefox, kiwi, unsurprisingly dominate in ad blocking test.
It is better to use a list adapted to the country, where you live. There is a wide range of choices there. Or make one yourself, as the instructions explain. https://filterlists.010.one/

Interesting, will consider it :) * Will Mulch also work same as Bromite if we use Filerite or it requires other adblocking lists ? * Filterite is not as robust as ublock for mull, but it does it's job nicely
