have you ever played uMoria? it seems likely you have. anyway, it's a lot of fun and also extremely unforgiving at the same time. almost unpleasant. like a really stinky piece of cheese.

Robert Alan Koeneke has passed away. He was the the original creator of "Moria", the very first directly rogue-inspired game
I recommend checking out UMoria for those interested in the game. It's a port of the original game which fixes bugs and inconsistencies, corrects typos, and adds a few quality of life improvements.
