Why is Blazor's rendering so inefficient?
I'n my experience, often (1) and (2) above are undesirable and there isn't good logic to do (3). So therefore I made this library as the simplest way I could imagine to reduce the number of rerenders on a per-component basis. Take a look at the README and let me know if you have questions, as I'd like to improve the documentation (or the functionality) as opportunities arise.

Yes, I've encountered this as well. Virtualization can often help, but for cases where it didn't, I made this library as the simplest way I could imagine to reduce the number of rerenders on a per-component basis.
