Deploying a Full-Stack MERN app with Heroku
When completing my final project for the Black Codher BootCamp I decided to deploy the MERN application (built with MongoDB, Express, Reactjs, and Nodejs) using Heroku. This article is a summary of the steps I took. It will be a way to capture my notes for future reference, but it will be helpful for anyone who is starting with Heroku!

Deploying a Full-Stack MERN app with Heroku
NOTE: You might see on some occasions -such as in this blog post- that server.js will be used to name the entry point. Nevertheless, it is also common to use index.js to name the entry point instead. The deploy-mern repository uses index.js. Therefore, when we talk about the server.js for the rest of the blog post you might want to refer to the index.js.
