Undervolting and underclocking an L3 for electric efficiency?
If you don't want to run a custom firmware, there are some free tools on github for undervolting the L3 on stock firmware. I've used this one on my machines, running for 2+ years without any issues : https://github.com/jstefanop/bitmain-tools

L3+ firmware, L3-autotune with Blissz (no fee)
Has anyone tried using L3-Autotune (here), successfully with Blissz. I am currently using asicfw.io and want to use something without the dev fee while still keeping the ability to tune per chip.

Has anyone tried Blissz Firmware on the L3 (not L3+) ?
I've tried it, it works but doesn't report wattage correctly and was kinda unstable. There is a script on github which let's you ssh into the miner and change the cgminer config and voltage manually, I'd recommend that. I think it was https://github.com/gotaproblem/L3-AutoTune

There is also this tool with an autotune feature, but I never tried it: https://github.com/gotaproblem/L3-AutoTune
