Doesn't help your export problem, but you may be interested in https://github.com/rnkn/binder. It's a mode inspired by Scrivener.

Paragraph indent for novel writing with Emacs
Have you looked at rnkn/fountain-mode from the same author as olivetti-mode? It is for screenwriting but you may be to use elements of it for your passages of dialogue? They also wrote rnkn/binder which you may find useful in your writing projects.

Projectile for research and writing?
I use projectile to manage my writing projects (both books and blogs) and it works well for me. binder is also good for navigating between files in a book project.

Guys, please help !!! The best way to type Malayalam in laptop.
(For advanced users...) Emacs 28 has support for inscript and phonetic input, and you can use fountain-mode specifically for scriptwriting. For spellchecking install Santhosh Thottingal's mlmorph-spellchecker - which supports even compound words - and wcheck-mode. Here's my config for that:
- Not a conventional question but. .

Is Word sufficient for screenwriting
This list is missing a some applications. Movie Magic Screenwriter fits in the Flat fee section. YouMeScript fits in the free (or subscription) section. And although Fountain-Mode for Emacs is not technically an application, it works like one. (The same can be said for several of the Fountain add-ons for various text editors.)

First Time Screenwriter! (book suggestions too)
