Jupyter Notebook to Binder module not found error
It’s basically just a .txt file with a list (one per line) of all your package dependencies. Optionally you can specify package==version if you require a specific version. Here’s an example file. It should be in the root directory of your repo.

Jupyter kernels with Papermill or cron and templated parameters at the top of a notebook with a dated filename in a (repo2docker compatible) git repo also solve for interactive reports.
