tasty-bench: featherlight benchmark framework
tasty-bench has a way to collect raw data in a CSV file and perform the statistical analysis. That's a good approach, keeps it lightweight and offloads the statistical analysis to other tools, giving you full freedom to do what you want. One such tool is https://github.com/composewell/bench-show .

That being said, the fact that you're trying to define an instance of HasLog for ActionT in the first place is a bit suspect, since this co-log tutorial suggests you shouldn't need to do anything of the sort. I think you should be able to perform logging in your App and then lift the App to ActionT by using ActionT's MonadTrans instance. That is, something like this:
