Two i found are Usage direct and Activity watch Usage direct is not maintained anyomore and simple (will settle for this if no sugestions) and Activitywatch just don't work, it stops without doing anything... Any suggestions will be helpful :)

You're right, I didn't think of that. Hmm, maybe you can use a proxy app (e.g. shadowsocks, sagernet, v2rayNG), but I don't have any experience with these.
