Atkinson Hyperlegible Font
That is a link to a font on GitHub, but it's not a link to this font, unless Readex Pro is a rebranded Atkinson Hyperlegible. :) (From the Readme file, I'm pretty sure it isn't.)

We built an auto-scalable Minecraft server for 1000 players
I don’t know if this is correct. I’m getting Atkinson Hyperlegible from Google Fonts and it seems to allow commercial use: https://github.com/googlefonts/atkinson-hyperlegible/blob/ma...

Tools for the creation of variable fonts
If you have your masters ready you can just use fontmake. I think you can generate .ufos with Font Forge right?

So I want to create a Font...
However I also just did a quick test to confirm that Glyphs Mini uses the same native .glyphs file format and you can use fontmake on a Glyphs Mini file to quickly build an OTF, TTF and UFO file via fontmake -g NewFont.glyphs. The only issue you might run into with this is if you're using proprietary Glyphs features like smart components in your design, because fontmake does not support them. If you're that advanced, you would probably benefit from upgrading to the full Glyphs app anyway.
