Join the discord, keep your Atlantis seeds safe. Create a new wallet on the Stargate network using an official wallet from https://dero.io only, so you can be ready to do your swap. Second swap opportunity will be announced soon. https://discord.gg/H95TJDp

Advice from Dero on setting up a wallet or CLI
Hi, I've been trying to join the Dero community forum but it doesn't send my email a link through to email. Does this link directly to a Dero technical rep to help me rather than needing to get onto Dero form via dero.io?

Private Smart Contracts
You're correct that Dero has unprofessional management with trigger-happy mods seeing a troll in everyone who does not praise it and fall in line. There could be no factual discussions held in Discord without being labelled a traitor, shunned, ridiculed and eventually banned. I sincerely hope it changes at some point. Their devs never explain the vision or discuss theoretical concepts behind the code. No current whitepaper either. Now they are arguing that DERO does not advertise private SCs, while https://dero.io clearly states on the front page: "Private Smart Contracts and Services", lol. I would love to see the project succeed however difficult it may seem with the current attitude of turning people away with obscurity and attacks instead of attracting them with openness to discussion and transparency.

I love Bitcoin! But there is a big ratio of hardcore BTC holders that treat all Altcoins as they shouldn't even exist in the first place.
There’s also DERO. https://dero.io/ which is private by default and handles private smart contracts on it’s base layer. It’s also ASICS resistant POW.

Tornado Cash and WHY privacy chains are important!?!
You probably wouldn't play cards with a blindfold on, right? Well with many of the digital gaming platforms you are doing just that. The game algorithms often remain a mystery. You rely on unseen, third party forces to determine the fairness and outcome of the game. In some instances they can even refuse to payout a players winnings. With dReam Tables, we want to remove the third party from this equation. All our games are open source, verifiable and operate in a decentralized manner. The apps run locally on your computer. Unlike most crypto games that use public ledgers, at dReam Tables your balances & transactions are stored on a private ledger allowing you to play in complete privacy. We use the power of Dero's private smart contract platform to achieve this. With our private table model we aim to give digital games a bit more of a personal feel. Once you have a dReam Table you are in control, play as you please.

Isn't Monero the best coin? If not, why?
Check dero.io, join the Discord server, the forum at forum.dero.io, or documenting dero on Medium which is what really helped me bootstrap my knowledge.

- The privacy that coins like Monero give far outweighs all the illegal uses of it, everyone has a right to privacy that shouldn't be taken away
- One of the advantages of blockchain is that we can roughly calculate how much money went into scams involving cryptocurrencies, because everything is on the public blockchain. Can the same be said for taxe evasion, bribery, corruption, drug trafficking, and other stuff that don't involve crypto?

Friendly reminder: never keep your seed together with your device, it makes it useless
Prob talked about it unfortunately. She knew enough to go looking for the hardware wallet + seed. Everything else she took was just extras. Physical altercations almost always involve prior knowledge of the victim's possessions..
