ARP spoofing and rate Limiting
I've been trying to create a command line program (in node js compiled to an exe) which let's you limit bandwidth or block other devices from your local network. I have done some research, but couldn't find any straightforward answer. Until now I have been using https://github.com/skepticfx/arpjs to poison the target and change the mac addresses. As far as I'm concerned all packets should now be routed through the attacker, however I'm not sure how to intercept and limit them. I'd appreciate and helpful answers.
