I use web.telegram.org to access my messages, since my offices don't allow application installs. Phone seems to be working ok, but is anyone else experiencing this? Located in Norway. URL does not respond to ping or any other requests. Edit: Seems like the whole telegram.org site is down

I got Telegram working in a web panel easily. First, hit the web.telegram.org page and it will prompt you to add your browser as a recognized device with a QR code. After you do that, you can click the "+" icon on the web panel area and add the Telegram page as a panel.

Open the Telegram web and log in with your existing account or one you can establish.

For a couple of updates already I've been noticing this behavior on my Android phone. Telegram support has been silent unsurprisingly, so I've considered opening an issue directly on github, but repo for android client doesn't allow this. I'm out of ideas how to bring attention to this, because I know other android users with the same issue so it's not user-specific
