I've been working on a privacy-friendly analytics platform for apps that does not collect any PII in case you're interested in having a look. It's an open source alternative to Firebase Analytics, so you can self-host if you want, but there's a hosted option too. There aren't any GPG/PGP apps working with yubikey on iOS (yet) I'm afraid. Watch out for this issue though, there might be one soon https://github.com/lucanaef/PGPro/issues/15
