I can recommend to use SimpleLogin in front, though. Which will allow you to add unlimited number of aliases which are redirected to a single (or more) destination addresses - which doesn't even need to be in Tutanota. I'm using this service on a few sub-domains of my own. Another alternative is AnonAddy.

How to make lots of gmail account

Well, just know there are services like annonaddy and simplelogin that allow you to create mail aliases (tons of them) that all point to a single mailbox, so if its some sort of contest entry, there's much easier ways to do this than create a ton of google accounts and associate phone numbers to them, which will risk having them suspended.
Is there any way of keeping my anonymity online?

No to sound like an ass but It’s not that hard these days to use a different email for each service https://anonaddy.com & https://simplelogin.io

https://simplelogin.io also has a pretty good free tier, and its really simple -- lets you create aliases, track and manage them (even send from them) -- and nuke them when you're done....or leave it forever. (You can also share ownership, which is handy if my wife or I want to move something without dealing with it in their app.)13 projects | reddit.com/r/AskReddit | 1 Dec 2021
Use a service like https://simplelogin.io so you can setup a unique dummy email address that forwards to your real address.

Something like Mail-in-a-box is easy to setup, you can monitor the spam stuff yourself, comes with all the instructions you need to get the DNS side of setup correctly etc
I've not had any issues with email not reaching people - and I'm not sure that other mailservers would put gmail any higher, especially as they are used for a lot of spam

I have a mailinabox instance on a minimal "Basic" DigitalOcean droplet (1GB RAM, 1 CPU) which uses munin, it hasn't had any issues. I haven't used it outside that context, however. It's also not in a container, it is installed directly on the droplet.

Oh sorry it's not self-hosted, it's a SaaS email service, not a software offering. I haven't run my own mail service in years, but I hear good things about mailcow and mail-in-a-box if you're brave enough to take it on.

If you are on Linux + Ubuntu 18 you should try https://mailinabox.email/. Be sure to study the limitations. It's not yet ready for Ubuntu 20. It's prudent to keep mail server separate from your website server.

If you’re going to go selfhosted and you plan on managing/changing the email address. I don’t think you can go wrong with Mail-in-a-Box. I’ve used it before and loved it.

https://mailinabox.email -- runs on a tiny VM/server and doesn't have a lot of nonsense. Rock solid in production; I've probably got 30 domains on a 2GB VM and it never hiccups.
