Monitoring of multiple non-network UPSs via USB/RasPi over LAN
If you can put a Pi in each cabinet, you should be good to go. You'll run APCUPSd or NUT on each Pi, plus apcupsd_exporter or nut_exporter depending on which UPS tool you use. This will let you bridge things back to Prometheus.

Ok, so basically in this case you have something like https://www.amazon.com/APC-Protector-BR1500MS2-Back-UPS-Uninterruptible/dp/B08GRY1W93/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=apc+ups&qid=1612793706&sr=8-6 and just connect to via USB to a device that can https://github.com/mdlayher/apcupsd_exporter? I can do that... 🙂

I'd probably run something like https://github.com/DRuggeri/nut_exporter pointed at the NUT interface, and then setup a free account with Grafana Cloud.
