amictl this tool from Bruno Padilha is a super simple cli app to control your AMIs and Images. One of the nice features of this tool is the ability to quickly list costs for the different instance types. Nice.

projen is an (alpha currently) open source project from Elad Ben-Israel called Projen, which you can think of as a CDK for software projects which you will be able to check out in the CDK Day video (50min into the video in the link above).
