Generally agree, and https://magnet.crowdcafe.com/index.html is the best thing I've found for MacOS. Snap is pretty good now on Windows 11 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/snap-your-window... but AquaSnap can still do more. https://github.com/glsorre/amethystwindows looks decent and more minimal but I haven't tried it.

Does running 2 alts at a time work for gphats?
You can just use Windows' virtual desktops for this. I have 3 accs per virtual desktop, and just switch between them as needed. A tiling window manager like Amethyst helps.

I Created A Dynamic Tiling Window Manager For
This only cycles through windows on 1 monitor. If I want to change the focus to a window on a different monitor, how do I do that? I don't see a binding to do that here or here

Why am I stuttering?
Easiest way for me its using this https://github.com/Petrroll/PowerSwitcher and selecting "power saver". I use it when sffpcs get a bit toasty and I don't want to undervolt the cpu. You might lose a bit of "performance" but I've seen it fix things like stuttering. Might as well try it out.
