Something like this might serve as a foundation for such a script: https://github.com/merklejerk/send-tokens I don't know enough about the situation to plan how the script should work. My first thought is to submit the first transfer to put a tiny amount of ETH into the hacked account, then immediately spam transfers to get coins out, and hope that you get in before the hacker.
