You could use a alfred workfow for this, this one is great https://github.com/drgrib/alfred-bear. To use Tag search type “bs #” and then your tag.

Accessing my bear notes/database on windows machine
Here I found some stuffs: Bear-Power-Pack -> Bear-Markdown-Export and sync of Bear notes. Letting you know, I have zero to none knowledge of programming and I have never used this stuffs, in fact I just looked it up right now, so I don't know how it will go.
