the website is like a general social posting site where you make posts, website uses gundb and indexeddb for syncing and persistence, hyperdrive and ipfs for file storage and bittorrent for distribution(BEP 46) https://www.bittorrent.org/beps/bep_0046.html
it was surprisingly easy to make content for these browsers, for a developer nothing really changes, you will just make links with different protocols like "bt://infohash/some/file.txt" instead of "http://domain.com/some/file.txt"
