Looking for pros and cons of implementing React on an AEM site
For components with even moderate levels of interactivity, react is easier to work with and tends to encourage solutions that involve less code that is easier to follow. Take a simple case like an accordion - check out what the code behind Adobe's stock HTL version of the component looks like (this is just the JS, there is more HTL). Then take a look at an example of a react version and decide which one would have taken less time to implement.
