Current Persian filterlist is unmaintained
The current regional Persian filterlist (adblock-iran) isn't maintained (last commit: 5 months ago) unlike other regional lists (Albania: 5d, Indonesian: 8h, Indian: 4h, Korean: 1d, Lithuania: 4d, Dutch: 1d). Also the maintainer has been nonresponsive to issues in the last 5 months (12 open issues, 7 of them submitted by me).

Looking for a rules that blocks every possible minning pools as a form of protection of miners malware , does it exist ?
Its something 🤷♂️ only browser based miners you could block with pi-hole. But not IPs of miners malware. But In addition to the blocklist I shared earlier, you can also add the 'No Coin' blocklist (https://github.com/hoshsadiq/adblock-nocoin-list/) to your Pi-hole, as well as the following regex rule:

uBOPa - Filterlist to block ads. Compatible with most ad blockers, but specifically written for uBlock Origin
