there's also the windows version, one of the easiest wireless file transfer that just need to be in same network (either wifi or mobile hotspot, no need for data). PC -> Android, just scan the QR Code while Android -> PC usually has automatic device discovery.

The problem is there is data going from my devices to each other but how to be sure that data doesn't leave my network to the internet, For example iam using Photon for Windows and Android which supposed to work locally but how to be SURE?????

unfortunately, it's the only ISP here. they unblocked 1.1.1.1 WRAP for 3 months before they block it again now, I don't know what kind of DPI they are using, but as I heard from PowerTunnel app developer that my ISP uses advanced DPI and he says that chances DPI can be bypassed is very low! now the only protocols that works for me is Stealth in Windscribe app and SSH in Psiphon app nothing works other than that, I have tried tens of VPN apps none of them worked. if they find a way to block SSH and stealth protocols they will do!

assuming you use android and are not rooted you can try using this app, go to setting then change the DNS to cloudflare (the normal one) or something else
