how are percentage computed inside a smart contract?
If u really need the float number u can scale up ur numbers say by another 10**18 use that during the math and scale it back at the very end. Just be careful when scaled up, certain math behave differently like multiply and division, u could however use wadray math lib from aave for this https://github.com/aave/aave-protocol/blob/master/contracts/libraries/WadRayMath.sol

What's going on with the crypto coin LUNA?
Aave for example provides a platform for permissionless lending and borrowing of assets. The token for Aave governs the decisions that go into the development and maintenance of the platform, and gets its value from the value that the project itself governs, i.e. the value of the assets locked in its platform.

Smart Contract Programming Languages: sCrypt vs. Solidity
Solidity Solidity emerged as the first-ever programming language for smart contracts and remains the most extensively utilized language in the Web3 space due to its first-mover advantage. It serves as the primary language for developing applications today on Ethereum and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible blockchains, including Binance Smart Chain and Tron.

How to Build on Linea - a zk-rollup on Ethereum
In this article, we’ll explore what makes Linea so exciting. Then, we’ll walk through a tutorial on how to build a dapp on the Linea testnet. Finally, we’ll create our own cryptocurrency on Linea using Solidity, MetaMask, and Truffle: all mature ecosystem tools that are used by blockchain developers to build dapps.
