Undervoltage Ryzen CPU to Save Battery
I'm using AMD Ryzen 5 3500U and thinking about throttle or undervoltage it to save battery and not let the device heat up so much. Anyone has experience with that and can recommend something? Currently I'm tinkering around with zenstates https://github.com/irusanov/ZenStates

AMD Ryzen Master Utility for Overclocking Control
Makes sens though. Overclocking APUs in laptops is much more trickier and riskier than desktop CPUs, especially that the optimal settings have already been tuned by the OEM in firmware based on known thermal and VRM power design limitations.
If you really do want to tinker with your laptop APU try this:

Just got the Blade 14 Mercury with RTX 4070. Can the AMD 7940HS and RTX 4070 be undervolted?
Theoretically, you should be able to. Try disabling "Core Isolation" in Windows Defender settings and then messing around with this tool: https://github.com/JamesCJ60/Universal-x86-Tuning-Utility

[Steam] (Game) Jitsumi's Game Booster
If you want a game booster, you should just probably use something like UXTU. I've been using it and it usually works really well with games*. Just use the presets.
