There isn't a completely graceful solution for games, but this is the best I've found so far, still very early but it's pretty good so far, and seems to be actively developed https://github.com/matt-m-o/YomiNinja maybe that's worth including somewhere in your reddit post here, up to you.

Any extensions that will highlight kanji from Anki cards on websites?
I found one, but it is a prototype that got abandoned 3 months ago https://github.com/fauu/KanjiFocus To be honest, for me it doesnt even have to be automatic. I would be okay with manually importing the kanji I want highlighted. Anyone knows any good alternatives for this?
