An app for recents list
Requires ROOT, but there are Xposed modules like (https://github.com/VarunS2002/Xposed-Disable-FLAG_SECURE) that do the exact opposite, by disabling the secure flag for all apps. So maybe there's also a module that can enable it 🤔

you can disable the restriction by a xposed module , to do so, it will remove screenshot restrictions but will not disable your drm, for that you will need another module, read the readme completely before flashing anything

No you can't change it officially, you're lucky the slide down menu/lock screen button works for you, unofficially you could download Classic Power Menu , but this isn't a perfect replacement, you will still see the old power menu while the Classic one loads.
