I also have to ask, why such a huge fan? Are you running an upgraded or overclocked CPU? Normally i would just suggest swapping the original 70mm fan with a pc 80mm fan, and then you can set bios fan speed to 100%. Or you can wire it into the GPU fan harness. On 1.1-1.5 they didn't install the header but the power connections for a fan are still there. Or wire it to a 12v molex

N64freak sells interposer boards. Then you just need to source the taulatin processor, which technically can be any of them from 1GHz to 1.4GHz, and you can also run the Xbox overclock tool
I made the ultimate of Xbox, it’s a trusty 1ghz with a 1tb hdd in a mtn dew shell!
