Wireguard Windows Running GUI as Non-Admin
I had a similar problem setting up Wireguard on my Dad's PC (Running Windows 8.1 Home). I tried (unsuccessfully) to use an open-source version of lusrmgr; didn't work, the Network Operators Group doesn't exist on non-pro Windows, and making it myself didn't work, either.
What are some alternatives?
