There's also a GUI-based utility called Windows Repo Tool that doesn't get nearly enough attention, IMO. I use it all the time, especially since it lets you download older versions of tweaks -- not just the latest version -- as long as they're still available on the repo.

Try [[TikTok God]] from https://haoict.github.io/cydia/ but idk if it'll work on iOS 16. Otherwise use AppStore++ to downgrade the app to 19.2.0
