WebRTC-iOS VS examples

If you don't need to alter it at all, there's precompiled binaries out there you can use. It looks like google themselves publish a cocoapod to use, but it doesn't look like its evenupdated to be a .xcframework so you won't be able to sim it on an apple silicon device. I think that's what this demo app is using and might be a good place to start

Then look at their native example.Next look into WebSockets because you're going to want to use them to communicate with the stun server and relay server. iOS supports native websockets now as of iOS 13 iirc. Otherwise you can use Starscream. Take a look at this example for WebRTC: https://github.com/stasel/WebRTC-iOS You might as well read how WebRTC works on W3 because it'll help to know how the STUN and Relay and Turn servers work.

React sample app

Hey, I work at Daily (full disclosure) -- a video API company -- and this is something our JavaScript library can handle (and there's a free tier). You can either build a custom app or use Daily Prebuilt (a video call embed). Daily Prebuilt is built with our custom APIs so both cover this use case. Going the custom route, in larger calls you'll need to do things like add pagination to limit videos on the screen at one time. (Here's a demo app showing how and a blog series reviewing the details.) Building from scratch will be a lot of work to be honest so it depends how much time you want to spend on it. There are a lot of variables to consider between browsers and devices, so it's a lot... but doable! There are also several video API libraries so it's just a matter of comparing what you get for each one. :)
