Can I read a webp image from a stream to "System.Drawing.Image"
There is also a resource like this. But if I opt to use this instead, I need some code to read jpg images and some for webp, seems like that solution can grow very quickly. The nicest solution would be some dependency which could handle both formats

Kestrel as a reverse proxy?
By contrast, I've always found ASP.NET Core's middleware pipeline fairly easy to understand and highly flexible. Adding functionality like compressed static files or MSAL is as simple as installing a NuGet package and adding a few lines to the startup sequence.
