    Hey just a quick note that I have published a precompiled release zip so now you don't have to use Visual Studio and build if you don't want to. I also replied to a question posted on there with some basic instructions for hosting it with IIS. They were quickly pounded out and assume some familiarity with IIS, but I am planning to write up some more detailed instructions very soon.
