WebGPU GPT Model Demo
Question. I can see in the code the WGSL that's needed to implement inference on the GPU. https://github.com/0hq/WebGPT/blob/main/kernels.js
Could this code also be used to train models or only for inference?
What I'm getting at, is could I take the WGSL and using rust wgpu create a mini ChatGPT that runs on all GPU's?

About the lazyness of ChatGPT at the moment
I made a wrapper for myself that’s on GitHub and just use a model selector with GPT-4 pointing to 0613 and it’s miles ahead of ChatGPT and nice to be able to specify the system message in a longer instructions file + integrate vision and voice through their collection of apis. So if you’re tech savvy feel free to clone it, instructions are in the readme.

I am so close to cancelling my pro subscription.
If you’re tech savvy you can clone it from GitHub, instructions are all in the readme; otherwise there are a ton of other interfaces like Poe or freegpt. Link to mine: https://github.com/Zaki-1052/GPTPortal
- Are there any good 3rd party front ends for the API?
- GPTPortal: A simple, self-hosted, and secure front-end to chat with the GPT-4 API.
- Zaki-1052/GPTPortal: A Portal to Chat with the GPT-4 API via a lightweight Node.js web app; includes customizable multimodal support.
