Vivaldi Adblock a GPLv3 violation of ublock-origin?
Maybe it's just to test their built-in blocker against uBO and ABP, to validate the results are the same given the same lists, and to compare performance. Their built-in blocker is here, written in C++.

Here is the repo from them and this is the repo from GitHub which were sourced from the former site. Their claims that nearly 95% of their codes come from the open-source Chromium.
