I love how simple and clean vitals for gnome looks, and always wanted a widget similar to it for KDE, but unfortunately couldn't find one, and no unfortunately I'm not here to say that I made one, I'm not really a developer so yeah..

Does Debian 12 have a clipboard history?
It depends on the desktop environment, if you are using GNOME I personally recommend Pano, I think is the best extension for clipboard. Just make sure to install the dependencies before install the extension: Pano: Clipboard GNOME
