- Toast notification disappears after few seconds, how to hold until taking any action on display?

- when i create a to-do list or project with a deadline, can i use emacs to remind myself of that deadline outside of emacs itself (so it'll show up as a notification on my computer), or do i have to just make it a habit to open emacs every day?
