Windows 10/11 optimizations
This basically pulls the script by the VDI Guys (https://github.com/The-Virtual-Desktop-Team/Virtual-Desktop-Optimization-Tool) and then runs it. It can be run either during Session Host deployment or afterwards via CSE. He's also got a good video on it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm2dSd695x8
