DIAMOND STORE UPDATE: If you're having trouble claiming the Diamond Store packs, try using a VPN and setting your region to US-East.
I managed to obtain the 2 parts by using a New-york VPN (NordVPN) on an old rooted android phone with VPNHotspot and setting it up as a repeater.

How to share my android phone's vpn as a hotspot?
Either root (with all the hassle that entails with apps that don't like running on a rooted phone) then use apps like https://github.com/Mygod/VPNHotspot or change the custom ROM to one that supports that feature, such as LineageOS (I think S21 is supported, you'll have to research it yourself)

Is there a way to get around carrier hotspot data limits?
Root + VPN Hotspot. Read through that page well before rooting just for that, though. It's not always super straightforward.

Do not reset your headset if you're in Russia, China, Belarus, or any other country that blocks Facebook. If you have, here's how I fixed being stuck at the update screen
Set up a VPN'ed hotspot from Android and connect to it from the Quest. You will need to have a rooted Android phone. Use VPNHotspot.

Can I create a hotspot that uses the VPN connection from an Android phone?
Only if the phone is rooted: https://github.com/Mygod/VPNHotspot

Phone hotspot with VPN on doesn’t change IP on laptop
Yeah, you'd need to root your Android (do not recommend it) and use it with https://github.com/mygod/vpnhotspot

[News] POC for 15.3.1 ? This is good for JB?
Thanx, any idea of any apps that don’t require root that is able to hide hotspot usage? This is the only one that I know of but requires root https://github.com/Mygod/VPNHotspot/releases

Turning my OnePlus 6T into a router
When you get a root check out this app https://github.com/Mygod/VPNHotspot and let us know how it's performing. I'm about doing same thing with my old 6T.

Can't figure out the right keywords for what I want to do: Using my Android phone's hotspot as the internet source for my home network
I currently use an app that makes my tethering data look like on-device data (VPN Hotspot).

VPN through Hotspot
If I understand correctly, VPN Hotspot may be what you need.

Tachiyomi developers threatened with legal action
Tachiyomi[0] is a FOSS comic reader app for Android which has support for extensions to source comics from different sites which are unrelated to Tachiyomi
Tachiyomi already removed their extension list which contained both unofficial and official sources for comics[1]

I think you are right about it being a cache issue. I wonder if it is related to this: https://github.com/tachiyomiorg/tachiyomi/issues/8827

Solo Farming
I don't use it, but if you're on android look into downloading Tachiyomi. Lots of people recommend it on this subreddit and it looks pretty customizable. It can pull from the different manga websites out there I believe.
